Authorisation for Notification item

Hi,

I want to give authorisation to a user to create Notification item like Causes,Object Part (Catalog -5,9).

But even if i give authorisation to a role by selecting Create/Generate rights as activity ,the same user gets deletion rights also for the same.

I checked for any cross role assignment for this user where deletion rights are given with basis team.But couldnt find any.

Can any one help?
