Dear Gurus,
in CO02 we want in operation tab no body should do delete or add opeartion number.
i have tried it with SHD0 ,remove both tab stii system is allowing us to create the new operation.
please suggest some solution.

Use user exit - PPCO0019. Provide your abaper with the specifications.
In the exit, you can check if any changes done, then you can flag the exception no changes allowed, thereby preventing any addition / changes.
