LOV query in BOBJ

hi every one, i'm getting problem in LOV .. please any one tell me how to use LOV by applying particular condition ?

Activity: Using LOV Instructions

1. Edit the Maker object so that it only lists cars bought by clients from the UK.

2. Save and export the universe and then build a query in Web Intelligence using the Maker object.

3. Run the query to verify that only data from cars bought in the UK is displayed in the report.

i'm not getting the same as per the activity in the rich client.
