Errors in FM RH_CONVERT_PNNNN_TO_SDATA

Hi All,

We are running RBDMIDOC using the message type HRMD_A, alll the infotypes data has been created except the infotype 1000 position is not. We observed for the FM RH_CONVERT_PNNNN_TO_SDATA , here 2 error messages are created regarding WEARS field, I deleted it in debugg mode for time being, then I ran the RBDMIDOC

Its got created the IDOC successfully with infotype 1000 position as well.

Now my problem is where the 2 errors are coming , we are unable to find , because for 2nd time the same errors are not getting genarated. we need to work on diff server.we dont have autharization in another server.

Can any body suggest me that what could bne the error.
