Item category 04000 not allowed in accounting transaction 0300/0001

Hi Guru's

While Posting FB60 or F43, User got this Error, I have checked all settings in Document spllting but could not understand wht would be missing or need to Added.

Please Suggect

I found that an entry in a Table T8G29.For Business Transcation 300/001, Item category 4000 is Missing.
