Activity type change for a particulat Workcenter

Hiii Experts,

I have a an activity type "P" assigned to Cost Center "P220" which is again assigned to 5 different work center ex : A B C D & E our client requirement is to change the cost of labour hour in activity type "P" for a particular work center ex ; "A" which is assigend to CC:P220... this should not affect the other 4 work center.. whether this is possible.. please suggest your valuable inputs.
