The extraction program does not support object 0CRM_OPPT_ATTR

We transported from DEV to QA CRM 7 extractors (0CRM_OPPT_ATTR, 0CRM_OPPT_ATTR_I and 0SVY_DATA_1) and have problem in RSA3, message - "The extraction program does not support object 0CRM_OPPT_ATTR" in QA system.

But they worked work good in DEV system.

Could you tell me why this error would occur and how to fix it?
