PI 7.1 Sapinst Issue

Hi Everyone.

I am currently installing PI 7.1 IDES with Oracle DB and OS - Windows 2003.

But we got error from the Start Instance phase of sapinst.

please see below:

please check the dev_disp & dev_w0 logs for exact issue during start of instance.
