Hi Friends,
When I am creating an order system is creating the schedule for the next day and not for the same day. I have material in stock, in my sales order the lead time is ZERO but still system is creating schedule for the next day.
Can someone please tell what could be the problem and the possible solution.
Regards,
Wasim
Hi Mastan,
The transit time is ZERO. I check the shipping details in schedule line tab all the dates are same as the requested delivery date.
What I am looking for is when I run transaction VA01 the requested delivery date should come by default as the date of creation of SO and not the next day.
Please advice.

Wasim,
Could you check the Route, What is the transit duration is aintained?
Please try to check the shipping tab in order overview screen and check the dates?
I assume that its because of transit time in the route which is taking as lead time..please check and let me know.
Regards,
SK

Wasim,
As correctly said by JP, check the MRP 2 view of the material master along with RLT in checking group.
Also if you have the shipments to be created u2013 then check the route has pick pack time, loading time and route schedule is activated.

Hello Wasim,
- In TCode MM02, Check Scheduling in MRP2 Tab of Material master (if MRP is active.)
- In Tcode OVZ9 - AvC control, for your Availability check maintain (eg. 02) in material & Checking Rule:A-SD order.
Whether Check availability without replenishment lead time is unchecked, as this Indicates whether, during the availability check, the system checks the replenishment lead time. So, Items for which the delivery date falls within the replenishment lead time, but for which there is no inventory, are confirmed for delivery after the replenishment lead time. In the case of items for which the delivery date falls after the end of the replenishment lead time, the system assumes that everything can be confirmed.
Thanks & Regards
JP
