Hi ,

Go to SE11 and check table RSRREPDIR .Here give your query name in COMPID and you will get

LASTUSER Last Changed By

MODTIME Last Change to Definition

REPTIME Last Change of Query Runtime Object

GEN1TIME Query Generation Time

I think this will solve your purpose .
