Wage type valuation based on employement status

There is a scenario where the wage type is process differently say for active employee, valuated on calendar days for withdrawn cases (separated) valuated on 26 days.

Iu2019am trying to use two ESG for PCR 2 for separated and 3 for active and writing an pcr like this, but it is not taking
