Error "Neither the delivery point nor the ship-from party is organization"

Hello All,

I am trying to create a shopping cart using xml upload.

After uploading ,SC is getting created but in saved status with an Error Neither the delivery point nor the ship-from party is organization ( BBP_PD 68) .

Could you please help? how to resolve the above error.
