Notification not getting updated at Backend

Hi All,

We are facing a problem, where in a notification is being created on the mobile client but on synchronization the notifcation is not getting reflected at the backend.

When we checked the merep_mon logs, the error that we are getting is "RFC BAPI Wrapper call:Updating could not be completed".

This is an Inbound worklist error. We have checked the RFC connections and it seems to be working fine.

Request you to please help in this matter.

Could you please highlight, that if this is indeed a namespace issue, how would we be able to check the same in MI?

Hi,

Looks like namespace issue. Try to update directly in the backend and check, whether it is allowing to update that table.

The problem is solved. There was an issue with the notification range at the backend.
