Hi,

First you should read Upgrade Master guide. Check guides on http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp.

Thanks

yes, you will require S-user ID provided by SAP. This can be generated if your client or company is customer of SAP. You will either need partner no. or Customer no. See https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/request-user

The site I have mentioned is for your registration with SAP. Once registered SAP will provide you S-user ID, using with you will be able to access all the documents over SAP marketplace, including SAP notes, which would be useful in your work. So, I feel you should first ask for S-user ID.

I'm not sure what you want to hear from us here. We have no clue of your system, your environment, attached subsystems etc.
