SLD Error

Hi Experts,

I installed PI 7.1 newly and after successful completion of simple file to file interface I am getting the below error in communication channel while testing. need your help.

"Error:com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.ConfigException:Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAccess property may be set to true, but SLD is not available"

Hi,

Check the SLD for inconsistences and use note #764176 to register them correctly.

Please find below the analysis and solution for your problem:

Problem analysis:

a message is stored in the messaging system. The status is set to FAIL. Error Message in the audit protocol and technical monitor: u201Ccom.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAcessproperty may be set to true, but SLD is not availableu201D. The property of the SAP XI AF CPA Cache J2EE service u201CSLDAccessu201Dis true.

Reason: The adapter framework can not determine the entry URL for the IS because of inconsistencies in the SLD (e.g. wrong port for the IS in the SLD).

u2022Solution: Please check/correct ports, machines etc. in SLD! A temporary workaround is: set Parameter u201CSLDAccessu201Din SAP XI AF CPA to false and configure the parameters xiadapter.isconfig.xxxxin the J2EE-service u201CSAP XI Adapteru201Dand restart both services (automatically).
