Could you please guide me in my client they have 3 levels like top mgnt , , middle mgnt , jr mgnt in this all three levels again divided to some grades
top mgnt - a1 vp
a2 Sr vp
middle mgnt - a3 AGM
a4 Deputy AGM
Jr Mgnt -
a5 - MGR
Can i take employee group as T for top mgnt employee sub group as a1 is it correct ? if not can you suggest me to divide the Employee groups & Employeee sub groups

Your personnel structure deeply impacts other areas of your SAP solution. You may carry on with the solution that you have proposed only if organisation rules in time management and payroll demand such a segregation.
If you want to do it only for the purpose of reporting how many members I have who are senior managers, etc., consider using jobs in OM (assign a set of jobs as senior management, another set as junior management, etc.) or job families (assign a set of positions to a job family for senior management, etc).
