MIRO - Planned delivery cost entry

Hi,

I am using bill of lading option in MIRO to capture the delivery costs.

1. When I chose multiple assignment option then I can input only 8 nos of bill of lading at a time. For the next entries I have to scroll page down & enter the bill of lading numbers. I want to input more than 100 bill of lading numbers at a time.

2. Also once I enter all the numbers then I need to edit the value proposed by the system. From an excel sheet which is maintained outside SAP, I want to copy & paste the value. Here again I can't paste more than 16 line items.

I want to use 'copy from clipboard option' for doing this. If any exit / Badi is available for this process, please let me know.

In case if there is a better way of achieving this please suggest.

Hi Krishna,

I didn't face such requirement before, but I would meet it by developing an LSMW program that reads your flat file and submits the IDoc INVOIC. In IMG for LIV -> EDI you shall make some settings for determination of the comp. code, tax codes, etc. You can also control there if the IDoc shall try posting the invoice (if it manages to find the match) or park it in any case.
