[New User] Need Help "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP - Developer Edition"

Hello, I am a new user so I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place. I am trying to download the "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP - Developer Edition". When I go to download it I can get up to the point of where it begins to (try to) download, from here I am redirected to an error page that says "Unfortunately there was a technical issue completing your download request. Please try again later". I realize it says to try again later but I have tried this multiple times and have received the same message every day. I have tried to contact customer services and a few other help services but have had no luck. If anyone has any insight as to how I can download this that would be great.

I've tried to download new SAP NetWeaver ABAP Trial 7.02 Win 64 bit Version and have the same error. Also i tried to download another trial version for developers and error was repeated. Don't understand the cause of troubles. Who knows?

I've been looking around for an alternate download or something. Please try to contact their help service(s) because I really would like to able to download this and get started.
