[New User] Need Help "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP - Developer Edition"

Hello, I am a new user so I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place. I am trying to download the "SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP - Developer Edition". When I go to download it I can get up to the point of where it begins to (try to) download, from here I am redirected to an error page that says "Unfortunately there was a technical issue completing your download request. Please try again later". I realize it says to try again later but I have tried this multiple times and have received the same message every day. I have tried to contact customer services and a few other help services but have had no luck. If anyone has any insight as to how I can download this that would be great.
