Bulk upload/download of Value Mappings?

In XI 2.0, is there any way to do a bulk upload or download of the entries in a Value Mapping (in the Integration Directory)?

I have a mapping for which I need to load ~400 entries, and would like to be able to batch upload it, as well as download it so that I can use automated tools to validate the entries.

No, this is not possible. This works only with XI 3.0
