LIC Premium Bifurcation for each Policy number

Dear Experts

My client wish to deduct the Lic Premium against each Policy number

We have Maintained Entries in Membership Fee /Membership Type IN02-LIC

Wagetype MLIC,

Total Lic Premium is getting Deducted from salary slip,

But Client for there record wants Bifurcation of Each LIC premium to reflect individually

EX Employee Y is having 3 Lic Policy

As Ploicy No 1:1234829-----Premium 500

2:893000-----Premium 1000

3: 972798-----Premium 445

In salary slip it is Deducting LIC =1945/-

But client require against each Policy number and they want a report for the same

Where can we assign Policy Number against the Premium amount

as it is not feasible to create different WTs for each Policy Number
