connect WMS to MM (stock already exists)

Hellow!

We have stocks in plant and storage location level. WMS is not connectet to this plant + sttorage loc.

Now I need to activate WMS (connect warehouse number to plant and st loc). How could I put initial stoch into WMS system whithout MM movement (stock already in MM )
