Organization Chart

Hi guys,

Please adive me on how to create an org chart using Microsft Visio??

i know there is a wizard with vision where u can import data from OM, but my question is how do you generate a report so that when you export it to excel, it can be read by visio??

do u suggest using RHSTRU00 ?? what evaluation path?? how does visio know who is reporting to who??
