Organization Chart

Hi guys,

Please adive me on how to create an org chart using Microsft Visio??

i know there is a wizard with vision where u can import data from OM, but my question is how do you generate a report so that when you export it to excel, it can be read by visio??

do u suggest using RHSTRU00 ?? what evaluation path?? how does visio know who is reporting to who??

Hi,

Check in SAP Easy access screen -OM Information for required report with a possible evaluation path, if not try to get a report by using Adhoc query or seek technical help to extract any sought of report.

I think the only way is to export data (via LSMW or table export?).

You can always implement SAP's solution extension SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa (SOVN) OrgChart.

As far as I know it is possible to get orgchart only by SAP integrated third party programs.
