Create Logic to match values

Hi all,

I need help with this scenario.

I have a requirement to create a logic or formula but not on the report side it should be in the backend.

we have an input schedule setup for users where users enter data.

we have a data load every day from sap->BI

problem:

for period end the totals from the daily loads does not match with totals with inputschedules. it doubles the numbers

any ideas ? how to work around this problem ?
