scheduling parametrs for production orders

while creating production orders i get error message scheduling parametrs are not defined for production orders how to proceed

It's nice to see your problem is resolved.I would like to bring into your attention that as per forum rules & regulations, you should mark points whoever answers your query / problem. I am telling this in general way and not about myself & this thread only becuase this encourages people to answer your queries.

Hi Amit,

Go to OPU3 ( Scheduling parameters for Production Order) : Select your plant & Order type & go to next screen there you maintain Production Scheduler as * and then under Detailed Scheduling tab page check box ticked of scheduling and also check the check box of Generate Capacity Reqs. if you also want to use Capacity Planning.

Also maintain scheduling control for detailed scheduling : scheduling type as per business requirement e.g. backwards and also check the check box of automatic scheduling.

Save the settings & then check scheduling your production order. Your problem will be resolved.

Revert if still any issue.
