IC agents. Preparing before call

Hi experts!

I'm working with SAP CRM 7.0. I have a requirement to construct a business process of call list executing for IC agents the way that after choosing an account in call list they could see the information from this account in one screen: the assignment blocks 'account details', 'interaction hisory', 'planned activities' etc. To do this I've enhanced the standard fact sheet 'ICCMP_AFS' and added assignment block 'identification numbers' to it. But when I choose the account in call list and then press on fact sheet becomes an error. It cannot show information in assignment block 'identification numbers' before I confirm this BP in 'account identification' screen.

So is there any way to collect the information in one place and see it before IC agent confirm the business partner, while preparing for the call?

And what are the ways for IC agents to prepare for the call in SAP CRM?
