My current project requirement is as below. request you to kindly help me with input for the same:
It is related to PL quota for employee. Leave quota is generated based on calendar year (January to December) for every employee.
PL Quota: - In-case of any new employee joins in between current year, (Eg: Even if someone joins on 2nd January) he/she will not be able to take PL but he/she will have absence quota generated on prorata basis and but same will not be credited in his account for availment. And current year accumulated PL quota calculated on pro-rata basis depending on his date of joining will get credited in account by start of next year and he/she will also get current year PL credited with the same.
In sm31, in table V_t559L it is calculated on pro-rata basis.
Please help me with some input as how to proceed for the same.
