Internal error occured

HI

When getting the print preview of the purchase order,I am getting the following error:

"Internal error(-101) Occured [Message 131-183]"

but we logged as "Administrator"....

I am sure that antivirus and firewall are not blocking the access..

We are using SBO client and server in a same machine.......
