Hi All,
I am looking for customer hierarchy pain points to be considered while designing. Apart from extra maintenance aspect of customer hierarhcy data what are common issues you experts have seen at your current client. Also, some insight on scenarios where customer hierarchy is misused (example, where customer attributes could handle the requirement but customer hierarchy was created). I am working on a global implementation and we want to consider all the best practices on customer hierarchy. Any input on best practices are appreciated.

Hi,
Involve also your COPA consultant when designing customer hierarchy. It can be very valuable for PA reporting. Involving COPA folks at early stage will decrease redesign effort at later stages.
