RAR Enterprise Portal Connector issue

Hello All,

I'm trying to connect my RAR system to Enterprise Portal and getting "Connection Failed" message. Could anyone help me out or walkthrough the steps for creating EP connector in RAR system.

Below is the error log:

    Hi,

Connectors are not working. Which type of connectors you have configured (JCO or Adapter) ?

Are you able to ping your Portal system from GRC system ?

    Thanks

    Sunny

    • Hi

Remember you have to use a rfc user on the ERP Back end, wich uses virsa roles. So you have to use user and password with JCO connection or SSO.

Dont forget to check the SLD. The logon groups should be configured in the right wat.

      regards,

      Alejandro
