Advantages of Microsoft Version over the NW

Dear Experts,

Can you please tell me what are the advantages of going for a MS 7.5 implementation over NW 7.5, in terms of functionalities offered, product stability, risk, integration with Transaction System and any other factors one should consider while taking this decision.
