SAP Netweaver (B1iSN 8.8) is a different component from SAP B1 8.8 Integration Component?

It is the opposite. B1ic is part of B1iSN.

I have installed B1ic (SAP 8.81). Do I have to install B1iSN?

I don't think you need if you only require B1iC.

I want to use full B1iSN. I assume from your answer that I have to install B1iSN.

Correct?

If you need full B1iSN functions, that is right. You have to install it.
