Nakisa Succession Planning - display SAP custom fields

Iu2018m currently working in a SAP HR project, with EhP4 and our client is now asking to implement Nakisa 3.0 SP1 for Succession Planning

Our client asked to add new custom fields in the IT7406, to manage additional information regarding the employees' Mobility.

These data will be managed by the HRs through the SAP Portal.

Considering in Nakisa there is the u201CMobilityu201D section in which IT7406 data are displayed, I would like to understand if - using the standard features of the Admin Console - this section can be

A. easily improved with the new custom fields added in the IT7406, displaying the new data

B. completely remove the Mobility section from the Nakisa screen

At the end, regarding the mobility I would like guarantee the coherence between SAP and Nakisa: or displaying on Nakisa all data stored in SAP, or removing the display section from Nakisa.

I donu2019t want to add in Nakisa custom developments, but just find the solution can be released through the Nakisa customizing.

I found and read Nakisa technical documentation, and solution A it seems to be possible with "data elements" mgmt, even if I didn't understand if it is required to develop custom function modules in SAP to collect data

in any case I'm not having yet the system to try, Iu2019m not sure to have correctly understood how this system is working
