Not able to open attachments in SRM-EBP SC in IE 7.0.

Hi Experts,

We are facing technical issue in opening attachments in IE 7.0 in shopping cart in SRM portal. After clicking the attachment link a white screen pops-up and then nothing comes up.

Wheras I tried the same SC in IE 6.0 , it worked fine, all attachments are getting opened.

Can anyone please guide whether any settings in IE 7.0 or any SAP Note is to be applied for the same problem?

Check the browser setting - to allow popup windows. Hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking the attachment link and see if it opens.
