Not able to open attachments in SRM-EBP SC in IE 7.0.

Hi Experts,

We are facing technical issue in opening attachments in IE 7.0 in shopping cart in SRM portal. After clicking the attachment link a white screen pops-up and then nothing comes up.

Wheras I tried the same SC in IE 6.0 , it worked fine, all attachments are getting opened.

Can anyone please guide whether any settings in IE 7.0 or any SAP Note is to be applied for the same problem?
