While executing Hiring Action if Empl. with same data exist Rehiring Action

Issue :

While running New Hire Action for an Ex-Employee, system is giving a prompt that "Employees With Identical Data Exists" .

But when we click on the Tick mark it continues wiith a New Hire Action. Ideally it should proceed with a Re-Hire Action.

We are using Concurrent Employment.

We have activated CCURE PAUIX (Path : SPRO,Pers. Mngt, Pers. Admin., Customising Procedures, Settings for Concurrent Employment, Activate Concurrent Employment for Pers. Admin.)

As per Note No.: 555778, we have also activated the switch CCURE SEARC in Table T77S0.But it is still not working.

Please find the details of the Screen (Pop-Up message that we desire) :

Program Name : SAPLHRPAD00ACTIONCE

Screen no. : 0200.

In Re-Hire action we have also specified MSN21.

pls check a feature ACTCE , try and change the infogroup value for rehire in there , if the changed action works out , then u might have to check for any user exits that are there.

Ask your abaper , if the program is reaching this feature while the action executes. Only there you will come to know why it is going wrong.
