Convert solution from VS2005 to VS2010

Hi,

I am converting a project from VS2005 to VS2010 in which I am using CristalReport 10.5.3700.0, the redistribuable for 2008 is installed (CRRedist2008_x86.msi), but after the conversion of the solution VS2010 is unable to load the CR dll the project need. Looks like the dll's 10.5.3700.0 are not recognize as being compatible with .NET 2.0 !

Is it possible to use the version 10.5.3700.0 version, with the minimal change in the project, within VS2010 ?
