Leave/Cancellation Workflow WS12300111

Hello Experts,

Im new to this workflow rite now im working on Leave and cancellation requests workflow.

i have searched the forums and found the WF WS12300111 need to be copy and do changes as per for our req

and do the configuration in PTARQ.

My Question are:

1) Do i need to give the same WF ID (copy of WS12300111) for below three types of request.(since my approval flow for below reqs are same) ?

WF ID of New Request

WF ID of Cancellation Request

WF ID of Change Request

2) If im giving same WF ID for above Reqs then if employee submits a leave request and it is in the process and employee

cancels the req . A new cancellation Workflow starts or the same WF which is used for new req will do the requirement.?

3) When does the infotype updation happens i mean after MGR approval or i need to run RPTARQPOST report.

if i need to run this then when i need to run this report?
