Additional fields to be displayed in calibration order

Hi Experts,

Following fields are required to be displayed for Calibration Order ---

1) Completion Date (mandatory) - Somewhere in header

2) Person Responsible (Mandatory) -Somewhere in header

3) Department (Mandatory) - Somewhere in header

4) Frequency - Somewhere in header

5) Due Date - Somewhere in header

Is there any setting in img where i can make these fields also visible and set them as mandatory.

Looking for a quick response.

Thanks in advance

regards,

Abhi

You can us user-exit IWO10018 to add new fields to the order Enhancement tab.

The person responsible and department can be mapped as partners in the Partner tab

Hi,

You can create a Custom tab and include the required fields.

Instead, why don't you try to use the exising fields for capturing these information.

Completion date - It must be your TECO date.

Person Responsible - Use Partner function

Department - Try to create them as Workcenter or else as Planner group

Due date - It should be your Basic start date

Frequency - If you create a Calibration plan (maint. plan) and trigger the orders, you can have these info in the standard reports..

just think over it.

Thanks Bala,

But i don't want to do any unnecessary customization.

So the 2nd option seems to be better...

Completion date i can see under the Planning Tab but its not mandatory. My ques is 1) is it the same field am looking for? 2) If yes then how to make it mandatory?

For Person Responsible i can see a field at the Order - header but again it is not mandatory. How to make it mandatory? or else as suggested by you if i go for PDP how to use it? and do i need to have Hr integrated to see the values under Person Responsible?

Same applies for Department -- how to use the parner function. and there is no separate field to display it. so whre will it be displayed. Do i need to customize it?

Frequency - No doubt i cn see it in the report, but is there any way i can display it at the header? I guess the only way is the customization?

Thanks

The partners can be mapped via a Partner Determination Procedure which is assigned to the Order Type in the IMG

You can also configure that one of these partner is displayed on the header tab
