New to SNC

Hi folks,

I am new to sap.i need fundamental information about SNC.Who is supplier,customer,PO,Fore cast,Goods Receipt like this terminologies in snc.My company is planning upgading snc 5.1 to snc 7.0.pls provide me any information regarding fundaments of SNC for working upgrading.
