Change version of SapConnector 1.0 to 2.0

If I change the version of sapconnector to 2.0, i will have to change my vb.net code??? I have some problems to access a RFC, then i´d like to chnage the version to 2.0, and test my code withou any changes!! Can be??

Any idea?
