only CRTD production orders

Hi,

In COOIS if I put CRTD , I can see 25 Production orders which have status CRTD and other statuses. I want to pull all CRTD production orders. These orders I will use in some other reports. How to get CRTD production orders though some Functional module or Bapi??

Thanks!

    Hi,

You can get Production Order status details from Function Module :

    BAPI_PRODORD_GET_DETAIL

From these, you need to filter Production Orders with Status CRTD & then you can display them into customized report as per your requirement.

COOIS works just fine for your need.

An order which has CRTD status active with other statuses is still CRTD only... I don't know what you mean by just CRTD, do you mean no other statuses eg: NTUP etc. must be seen along with CRTD ?

If yes, then even if you use a FM / BAPI, they will list all those statuses which exists with CRTD.

      Hi all,

thanks to everyone for ur valuable suggestions. I did it in a different way. I passed Order type, plant, Tech.Completion= blank, Actual release= Blank, Deletion flag NOT EQUAL to X, in table CAUFV and got all AUFNR. these are production orders with status CRTD !!

      Regards.
