header condition distribution

Hi gurus,

header condition value distribution is done correctly when items are rejected as long as reason for rejection is selected "x".

BUT when i create a sales order with reference from a quatation header condition value is not reassigned correctly to the remaining line items. reason for rejection is selected as "X" and in copying control from quatation to sales order pricing type is A.

any ideas?

best regards

Hi Mertan,

The actual header could not be copied when you create a doc reference to the other one.

Please refer to point 5 from note 876617:

5. How do 'actual' header conditions behave in copy procedures?

In R/3 standard pricing, conditions are copied only at item level.

No 'actual' header conditions are copied. The KONV row from the

source document with item number (field KPOSN) '000000' no longer

exists in the target document. Only the 'item portions' of the

header condition are copied with the following specifications to the

target document during the copy procedure:

Condition control 'E' (Condition value and basis fixed)

Condition origin 'G' (Original header condition)

These conditions then become item conditions in the target document.

So the pricing condition value that you have checked in sales order is copied from quotation item level.

Regards,

Alex
