OS/DB Migration Plan for Sun+SAP4.6C + Oracle to Win2k8 Sqlserver+ECC EHP4

We are planning for Sun+SAP4.6C + Oracle to Win2k8 Sqlserver+ECC EHP4.
What strategy we have to plan and what need to do first migration or upgrade or unicode conversion.
