SAP B1 & Microsoft outlook Integration.

Hi,

I am trying to send PO document or forward any document for approval through Forward functionality available in SAP B1.

It is working fine on SAP Server or SAP Client machines. But I am not able to configure the same functionality for Citrix Users and the Users who are using SAP B1 through Remote Desktop on SAP Server it self. I am wondering that how the Outlook configured on Citrix Server will be available to different citrix users and Outlook configured on SAP server would be available to different Remote Desktop users.

Also request you all to guide how to make mailing system automatic for any proided document PLD.
