how to connect sap bi 7.0 to sap netweaver protal?

i navigated to netweaver portal by using tcode: rstc_cust_biac, but i found the field empty...no objects can be viewed..

i used tcode: rstcc_inst_biac to activate the business content of bi admin cockpit...i got following error in status bar, RS010 (fill the mandatory fields and check the defaults....

tcode: rstcimp : can anyone describe for what reasons all these 3 tcodes is discribed..

and i need steps to view the business content of bi in sap portal....can anyone help in this regards
