How SAP calculate monthly working hrs in infotype 7?

Hi, all,

Can anyone tell me how SAP calculate the monthly working hrs in infotype 7?

My work schedule rule:

PWS Week 01 02 03 04 05 06 07

DUMY 001 DUM DUM......

(where DUM with 8 planned working hours)

Employment percent: 100

Daily working hours: 8

Weekly working hours: 40

Monthly working hrs: 171 <- how it calculated?

Annual working hours: 2086 <- how it calculated?

Weekly workdays: 5

Hi Anne,

The calculation of Work schedule Rule is one according to the following formulae:

1. add all the working hours of the day given in the schedule

2. Count the number of working days.

3. Daily working hours = 1 / 2

4. Annual Working hours = 1 * 52 weeks

5. monthly working hours = 4/ 12 months

Infotype 0007 data is from table V_T508a fields

Daily working hours 8.00 Monthly working hrs 173.00

Weekly working hours 40.00 Annual working hours 2080.00

Weekly workdays 5.00

Do you know any problem if I change the config for the monthly and annual working hour? We would like to show the monthlty working hour in the payslip.

It depends on you payroll implementation. You should check if they are used in any PCR for example.

For monthly we almost use the field from IT0008 as based of calculation.

yes, this is work schedule rule but do u know how what is formula for calculate the monthly and annual working hour? based on the holiday calendar?
