Archive GL transaction figures

Hi all,

I have 2 posted items from this fiscal year in my gl account. In order for me to archive the gl account master data, I believe I must first archive the transaction figures. I am using archive object FI_TF_GLF - which I believe should work, but when I look at the job overview, the 'write' process occurs but there is no 'delete' process. This is why the data is still showing up in the system.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get it to 'delete'?
