Creating an 8 week Crosstab where columns are by week and weeks are M - Su

I am trying to create a crosstab with 8 weeks of data and the rows are by person and the columns are by week. I cannot choose the group options for each week because I need the week to be Monday - Sunday, not Sunday - Saturday. Please help.
