Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 availability

Trying to update a new installation. The SP1 link on the following page fails (everything else works). Can't go to SP2 or SP3 w/o SP1.

Hi;

it is best to install SP3 on both the server and application level. SP3 resolves several problem.You can try it.

Hi,

Do you have access to the SAP Support portal (http://service.sap.com/)?

If yes, try downloading from there

Software Download -> BusinessObjects Downloads -> Support Packages and Patches....etc

If you still have trouble downloading, log a ticket and ask the query to be forward to the "XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC" component.

The engineer there will help you deal with any download issue.
