Nakisa on Linux

I currently have STVN 2.1 running on Windows. From what I am reading it can run on Linux. Can anyone confirm the below requirements?

- Need minimum 3.0 release of Nakisa

- Need minimum ECC 6.0 EHP4

- Need to install Netweaver 7.1 onto the host running Red Hat Linux (so in this case CE since we do not use PI).

Thanks!

Nakisa doens't run on Windows nor Linux. Nakisa runs on .NET (IIS) or Java web server (Netweaver CE). Those are web servers that runs on OS depending on the webserver specifications.

For 2.1 or 3.0 applications on Linux you'll need to use NW CE 7.1 or 7.2.

For 3.0 any Operating System supported by the NW CE version you select is supported for running Nakisa applications.

ECC 6.0 EhP4 is not a minimum requirement for Linux or OVN/TVN applications but is recommended if you are doing Talent Management (i.e. running SuccessionPlanning) since the SAP backend functionality to support this becomes "standard" from this EhP4.

SAP OVN/TVN are actually supported back to 4.7 ext 220.

Hope that helps,
