Hi,

I want to add another Field purchasing organization to the report all suppliers under the tab supplier management.

Please let me know as how can we do this.

Hi Janaki,

For this you need to have some basic knowledge of Queries and Query Groups in SAP Sourcing. Here is how you should proceed.

1) Find the Query Group : In this case it is Suppliers ( FCI-VendorBuyList )

2) 'Edit' the query group and locate the query you are looking for in that query group : In this case it is 'All Suppliers'

3) Open this query definiton and click on Document -> Ducplicate. This shall allow you to save an updated version of the standard query.

4) Add the required field in the Result Fields of the duplicate query and save it.

5) Go back to the query group and check the 'Remove Query from Selection List' checkbox against the 'All Suppliers' query

6) Add the new query to the query group.

7) Reorder the List and make sure to check the 'Include in SRM Navigation' checkbox against your new query.

Thanks a lot for the reply, but when i am trying to add the field, what should i give in Database Column name? for purchasing group

Hi,

It appears to be an extension field/collection as no information regarding it is present in RG.

Please access the extension field/collection and supply the correct databse column name in the Result Field. Remember to do the necessary joins on the parent id in case of an extension collection.
